Kliknklin is your one stop laundry solution powered by mobile application through android and ios platform. We partnered with professional laundry and offer pick up and delivery service right to your house, office or other places. With an easy and simple booking order, you can have your laundries ready to go to your wardrobe.




How can I order laundry services with Kliknklin?


Yes! you have to install Kliknklin apps from itunes app-store or google playstore then:

  1. Sign up / Login with your email address, make sure your phone number is contactable
  2. Choose Laundry Service and your select your own schedule
  3. Wait until our partner pick up your order




What kind of laundry services that Kliknklin offered?


You may choose our partner services from marketplace laundry with your own preferences you liked by looking partner's review, services categories, address, distance, and soon. if you are lazy enough to select any laundry partner, simply select the item you want to laundry from laundrynow categories. We will choose the best laundry partner for you




How can I pay my order?


When you make order you may choose payment method cash or bank transfer. You can check the billing after your order status taken by our partner. for cash payment, you should have pay our partner when your order is delivered. If you select bank transfer payment, you should make payment before your delivery schedule, otherwise the order cannot be delivered. We are not responsible for any late caused by it.




Is there any add up fee for delivery service?


Some of our partner who join kliknklin marketplace make free delivery service, some other not. But don't worry if you order with laundrynow item you won't have add up fee for delivery service* *up to 5 km distance order




Can I reschedule pick up / delivery time?


Simply pressing "Reschedule" button in order detail you've made, max 1 hour before the booking time. Or you can contact our customer care via telephone at 08111566664 or e-mail customercare@kliknklin.co.




How can I cancelled the order?


You can cancelled the order max 2 Hour before pickup time, by pressing "cancel" button in app. Or you can ask our customer care via telephone 08111566664 or e-mail us to customercare@kliknklin.co. but instead cancelled the order, if there is mistake in your detail order, you can ask our customer care to change it.




How can i make complaint if my laundry is smelly after delivered?


You can make complaint ticket after your order has been delivered via our app, max 2 days after delivered.You can also reach our customer care to handle the problem via telephone at 08111566664 or e-mail us to customercare@kliknklin.co. We will review your complaint and will rewash the laundry if must depends on our assesment.




How can i make complaint if there are damaged or missing cloth?


You can make complaint ticket after your order has been delivered via our app, max 2 days after delivered. if it's broken, you can upload the picture instead. You can also reach our customer care to handle the problem via telephone at 08111566664 or e-mail us to customercare@kliknklin.co. We will review your complaint and will give you compensation 100% washing price max Rp 100k for items in daily service (kilo) category, or max 10x washing price if it's in other category, depends on our assesment. We will not be responsible for any single item which has been damaged before the laundry process, or if it's tiny item that could be missed during the process.
